Powering Kinshasa: MOPO’s Bold Expansion

This week marks a major milestone for MOPO in the DRC—we’ve begun installing our first MOPO50 hubs in Kinshasa! The capital city of the DRC is home to 17 million people, that’s as many as people who live in London and New York combined!

In the next year alone, you will hear stories from many MOPO50 and MOPOMax Hubs rolling out across the city, providing affordable, sustainable energy to thousands. 

As we expand, we’re not just addressing an energy gap; we’re helping to fuel Kinshasa’s future. It’s an exciting time for MOPO, and we have bold ambitions to leave a lasting impact on this incredible city.
