MOPO DRC Team Update

This week we are celebrating our great and growing MOPO team and business in the DRC. This week our senior leaders Yemi and Bawo have been in Kikwit working with the team there. The media above shows our newest hub installed, Kinzambi Kikwit, with our Operations Manager for DRC, Bradley, training the new agents.

The mopo DRC team is taking shape and ready for the DRC expansion plan. What I love about the DRC is the pipeline of how some of the best agents become area managers. That has caused other agents to put in their best with the hopes of becoming area manager someday. The agents who have become area managers are doing their best to defy all odds and personal limitations to become better on the job. It is one big happy family filled with hopes.
